Registration regulations
Only the papers linked with a full registration (REGULAR or STUDENT)
will be considered,
after a second peer-reviewing process, for publication
in a special issue of the IEEE Transactions on Magnetics journal.
In the registration process on-line,
you are thus asked to indicate the ID
of the paper you want to link with your registration.
The registration fee
covers the presentation of ONE paper at the conference.
Supplementary papers (from the second one)
linked with your registration are deemed "additional papers".
They are charged 100,-€ each.
This amount has to be paid together with the registration fee.
Linking a paper with your registration does not imply
that you will be the main presenter of it,
but your name must appear in the author's list.
Authors of several accepted papers are thus strongly advised
to have their additional papers (from the second one)
linked with their co-author's registrations, when possible,
so as to minimise the number of additional paper fee they have to pay.

Make sure to clearly indicate in the field Reason for transfer:
- your user ID on the Compumag server (e.g. 123)
- the nature of the additional cost

Publication costs
After the second review process,
all extended papers accepted
for publication in the special issue of IEEE Transactions on Magnetics
will incur an additional publication charge of 150,-€.
